You may choose to become a member of APS by joining here. After joining APS register here for GEC 2020. Students may qualify for free APS membership for the first year for students in physics, related science, and engineering graduate and undergraduate programs.

Undergraduate and graduate physics students may qualify for a one-year free APS membership. Please contact APS Membership Department: membership@aps.org.

Cancellation and Refund: A request for cancellation of your Registration Fee must be emailed to the APS Registrar (registrar@aps.org) by noon on Monday, September 28, 2020, 11:59 PM Eastern Time. No registration refund requests will be granted if made after September 28. All refunds will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Consent to Video

Attendance at the GEC Virtual Meeting implies consent to video recording and the possibility of its release, publication, or reproduction to be used for news, promotional purposes, and inclusion on web sites. By registering for the GEC Virtual Conference, you release GEC, APS and hired staff assisting with the meeting, from any liability connected with publication of interviews, chat messages, question and answer dialog, computer images, and video recording.
