Inclusivity at the GEC (iGEC)/Women in Plasma Science at GEC Luncheon and roundtable

The GEC is hosting a virtual luncheon at GEC2020 (Session XF5) on Friday, October 9 between 11:45am to 12:30pm, Central Daylight Time (USA). We are delighted to have a guest speaker, Professor Amy Wendt, Interim Associate Vice Chancellor for Research - Physical Sciences Professor, Electrical and Computer Engineering Co-Director, Women in Science and Engineering Leadership Institute (WISELI) University of Wisconsin, Madison. We also hope to have a panel discussion with regard to any questions you may have and the future actions of this group.

Closing Ceremony with Student Awards for Excellence and Student Poster Awards

The closing ceremony will include presentation of Student Awards for Excellence and Student Poster Awards (Session ZF1) to be held on Friday, October 9 between 3:30pm and 4:30pm, Central Daylight Time (USA), chaired by outgoing GEC chair, Edward Barnat, Sandia National Laboratories.
