The virtual platform for 2021 is built by Pixel. To help prepare everyone for the meeting and provide a smooth experience, Pixel has created the following training materials for attendees, presenters, and session chairs. Please review these prior to the meeting. There are both videos and pdf documents.

Poster Upload
Poster presenters are requested to uploaded a pdf of their poster to the virtual platform following the instructions laid out in the training material. The platform will be open for file upload on September 20, 2021. The deadline for uploading the poster and optional presentation video is September 27, 2021.
There are also live Zoom training sessions for session chairs, oral presenters, and poster presenters. Multiple sessions have been scheduled and the times in US Eastern, Central European, and Japan Standard Time for each are given in the schedule below. Please attend at least one of these to better prepare for the meeting. The Zoom link for the training will be emailed to session chairs, presenters, and registered attendees.
